Training Center / Instructor Status Search
With this search tool you can access the HSI database of all Training Centers and Instructors (both current and past). You can determine which Training Center an Instructor is affiliated with, and determine their status using the following terms:
- Current and Active: The Training Center is authorized to provide courses. The Instructor or Instructor Trainer is authorized to issue ASHI or MEDIC First Aid certification cards. Instructor Trainers are authorized to certify an individual has successfully completed an Instructor Development Course.
- Expired: The Instructor or Instructor Trainer must renew his or her authorization. The Instructor or Instructor Trainer is not authorized to issue ASHI or MEDIC First Aid certification cards. Instructor Trainers are not authorized to certify an individual has successfully completed an Instructor Development Course.
- Inactive: The Training Center or Instructor or Instructor Trainer relationship with HSI no longer exists, but there are no pending quality assurance matters. The Training Center is not authorized to provide courses. The Instructor or Instructor Trainer is not authorized to issue ASHI or MEDIC First Aid certification cards. Instructor Trainers are not authorized to certify an individual has successfully completed an Instructor Development Course.
- Suspended: There is an unresolved quality assurance matter. The Training Center is not authorized to provide courses. The Instructor or Instructor Trainer is not authorized to issue ASHI or MEDIC First Aid certification cards. Instructor Trainers are not authorized to certify an individual has successfully completed an Instructor Development Course.
- Revoked: A quality assurance matter has resulted in revocation. The Training Center is not authorized to provide courses. The Instructor or Instructor Trainer is not authorized to issue ASHI or MEDIC First Aid certification cards. Instructor Trainers are not authorized to certify an individual has successfully completed an Instructor Development Course.
